The only meat I really know how to cook is chicken. In an attempt to diversify I decided to try a new recipe for barbecue meatballs. Then half way through I remembered that I hate making meatballs because rolling a pound of hamburger into tiny balls takes forever. And the meat makes your hands all cold, and smelly. And I always worry that I'll accidentally make different sizes and then some will get cooked and some won't and we'll die from some kind of meat poisoning. So, point of my rant, I asked Brig to come help me with the rolling. He yielded after some persuading but I'm pretty sure he thought if he did a bad job he would be exempt from meatball rolling in the future. Unfortunately for him, his meat squares still turned out fine and I enjoyed the creativity. Maybe I'll make him help more often.:)
